Returns & Exchanges
We understand that online shopping can be a bit intimidating, which is why we want to make it as easy as possible for you to try out our products and make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. That's why we offer free exchanges within the US. Additionally, we offer full refunds for your convenience, but please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when requesting a refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All clean & unaltered items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original boxing and packaging. Only items sold in the US are eligible for returns and exchanges (50 states of the US and the District of Columbia)
RETURN PROCESS
Return shipping charges will be paid by us.
To return an item, please go to www.palmasbrand.com/returns and follow the process to receive a prepaid shipping label. After printing your return label, place the items securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items sold internationally. Any item sold outside of the 50 states and the District of Columbia will be considered international
- Clearance Items
- Worn items
- Altered items
- Unclean products
- Items missing boxing or original packaging
