We understand that online shopping can be a bit intimidating, which is why we want to make it as easy as possible for you to try out our products and make sure you're completely happy with your purchase.
That is why all clean & unaltered items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the the items being delivered. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original boxing and packaging.

We know that finding the right size can be challenging when shopping online. Our huaraches are handcrafted using premium leather, which means that they will stretch and mold to your feet over time. To ensure the best fit, we recommend referring to the size chart below.
If you are deciding between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size. It's important to note that since our huaraches are made of leather and are artisanal, your pair might feel tight at first but they will get loose with usage and mold to your feet.

- Fill shoe with tissue paper to help maintain the shape and absorb humidity, then store in the provided bag and box
